Individual Psychotherapy
You can expect a safe, nonjudgemental, and confidential space when participating in an individual therapy session. These 60-minute sessions will serve as an opportunity to explore and bring awareness to feelings.
To do so, we may do the following:
Identify important patterns or themes showing up in your life
Explore different parts of you - their origins and roles in your life
Build skills (if interested) to manage symptoms or patterns
An emphasis on mindfulness and somatic expressions within the body
