Hannah Ethun, LCSW
I am a Social Worker by nature and through my education. This means I see the world and our relationships through the lens of systems. I believe our mental health is deeply connected to the impacts of our culture, socialization, family of origin, and many other systems. My approach is down to earth and rooted in warmth and transparency.
I specialize in trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, perinatal, postpartum, fertility issues, family conflict, and stress management. I have a passion for supporting women and I work with teens 16+, adults and families. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming.
I draw from a variety of modalities, recognizing that change occurs when we shift the patterns both in the mind and body. A few of my favorite interventions come from - Mindfulness practices, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Inner Child Theories, Holistic Psychology, Attachment Theories, and Internal Family Systems.
Outside of being a therapist, I focus on parenting my two young children and dog, hiking, biking, and cooking.
